Collabuzz provides access to a digital platform, tools, dashboards, and campaign management services.

No physical goods are shipped, and all services are delivered electronically.

Once access to the Platform or campaign features is activated, the service is considered delivered.

Influencers do not pay any subscription, participation, or onboarding fees to Collabuzz.

As Influencers do not make payments on the Platform, refunds are not applicable to Influencer accounts.

Earnings reflected in an Influencer’s wallet are subject to successful campaign completion and Brand payment.

Payments on Collabuzz are initiated only by Brands for platform services or campaign-related features.

Once a Brand payment is successfully processed and services are activated, refunds are generally not provided.

In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at Collabuzz’s sole discretion.

Brands may cancel campaigns in accordance with the specific campaign terms agreed upon with Influencers.

Collabuzz does not guarantee refunds for canceled or paused campaigns.

Influencers may withdraw from campaigns as per campaign guidelines, but this does not entitle them to compensation unless specified by the Brand.

Activated platform access, campaign tools, and digital services are non-refundable.

No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with campaign performance or outcomes.

Collabuzz is not responsible for disputes between Brands and Influencers regarding deliverables or payments.

In the event of a failed or duplicate payment, the amount may be reversed as per the payment provider’s policies.

Collabuzz relies on third-party payment gateways, and refund timelines may vary based on the provider.

This policy is governed by applicable laws and regulations in India.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that may be available under consumer protection laws, where applicable.

Collabuzz may update this Refunds and Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

Continued use of Collabuzz after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
