"User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform, including Brands and Influencers.

"Brand" refers to businesses or individuals creating campaigns or collaborations.

"Influencer" refers to creators who participate in campaigns or collaborations.

"Platform" refers to the Collabuzz website, mobile applications, and related services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Collabuzz Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You shall not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

Collabuzz may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at its discretion without prior notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account on the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Collabuzz is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

Collabuzz acts as a technology platform to facilitate connections between Brands and Influencers.

Collabuzz is not a party to any agreement, contract, or obligation formed directly between Brands and Influencers.

Brands are solely responsible for campaign details, deliverables, and payments.

Influencers are solely responsible for fulfilling agreed deliverables in accordance with campaign terms.

Payments on Collabuzz are initiated only by Brands.

Any collaboration amount paid by a Brand is reflected in the Influencer’s in-app wallet.

Influencers do not pay subscription or participation fees to Collabuzz.

Collabuzz does not guarantee payments, campaign outcomes, or performance results.

All payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Collabuzz.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant Collabuzz a limited license to display and use it for Platform operations.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Platform content without prior written consent.

Collabuzz may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

Collabuzz provides the Platform on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis.

Collabuzz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Collabuzz is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising between Brands and Influencers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabuzz’s total liability shall be limited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

Collabuzz may update these Terms from time to time.

Revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
